2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. This petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that during investigation, the victim was recovered and she stated that she was in love with this petitioner and as such, she left the house out of her own will and got married with this petitioner on 01.12.2022 at Durga Mandir, Bettiah. The victim is major. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the statement of the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.)
