In view of the limited question involved in the writ application, the same is being disposed of with direction to the Respondent No.

5, the District Agriculture Officer, Aurangabad to calculate the entire amount of GPF of the husband of the petitioner who had died in harness on 22.04.2007 and transmit the entire calculation to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The statutory interest of certain amount is still required to be paid. That apart, admittedly the petitioner has been paid the difference of salary in view of sixth pay revision but it is contended on

Patna High Court CWJC No.6773 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 behalf of the petitioner that family pension has not yet been revised.

Accordingly, let the competent authority take a decision on this point and transmit it to the Accountant General and Accountant General should also do the needful for revision of family pension as per its applicability and admissibility within a period of two months.
