JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the Accountant General.

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs :

(i) To make the payment of Group Insurance, Provident Fund, leave encashment for a period of 300 days etc.

(ii) To make the payment of salary for the period of 13 days of strike period.

(iii) To make the payment of differences of salary arising out of ACP.

(iv) To make the payment of casual leave for 12 days. (v) To make the payment of subsistence allowance during custody period (jail) from 24.07.2005 to 14.02.2006, 22.05.2012 to 21.11.2012 and 24.04.2014 to 11.11.2014.

(vi) To make the payment of differences of salary arising out of six pay revision.

(vii) To make the payment of salary for the period 22.07.2005 to 23.07.2005 and March 2012 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15746 of 2016 (3) dt.04-01-2018 21.05.2012.

(viii) To make the payment of clearance allowance and promotion.

(ix) To make the payment of Polio duty for the month of June, 2005.

(x) To make the payment of statutory as well as penal interest on the aforementioned dues whichever is applicable.

(xi) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of the material brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 5 and 6, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.12.2017, the admissible dues of the petitioner appear to have been paid and what has not been paid has been explained.

4. There being no rejoinder to the same, the Court can only presume that whatever was legally admissible and due to the petitioner has been paid.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
