====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsels for the State and informant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. reveals that she is major and has married the petitioner with her own sweet will and they are living happily, as contained in Annexure Nos. 2 & 2/1 to the bail application.

No.39734 of 2022(5) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
