JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and it has been stated that the order of this Court has been complied with, inasmuch as the petitioner has been granted the benefits 1st and 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f. 09.08.1999 and the pay fixation of the petitioner has already been done on 02.01.2019 and approx. Rs. 2.11 lacs has already been paid to the petitioner herein. It has been further stated that as far as the revision of pension and gratuity is concerned,

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate interlocutory application for revival of the present contempt petition, in case the remaining grievances of the petitioner, as aforesaid, are not redressed by the contemnors.
