2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6, after service of copy on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.02.2017. The stand is that all admissible due amount of the petitioner have been paid.

3. The Court finds that the claim raised by the petitioner in the writ petition is too vague as no specific details of any claims have been mentioned, including the time period.

4. In view of the aforesaid position, no positive order can be passed in the present writ application and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file representation giving specific details of his claim before the authority concerned, if according to him, any amount remains unpaid.
