The petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 registered under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the petitioner has come only on confessional statement of the coaccused Md. Hasim as mentioned in the case diary and he is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two
