2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he misbehaved with the informant's mother and pulled her hair due to which she was disrobed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner and informant are close door neighbours and due to dispute of common passage, this false case has been alleged after seven
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 41651 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 days of the alleged incident without any plausible reason. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the police during the investigation has not found the allegation true under Section 354 (B) as alleged in the F.I.R. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani District, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashutosh/- U T
