The petitioner seeks bail in Naokothi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, a country made loaded pistol and cartridges were recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2016. Of course the petitioner has got three criminal cases pending against him, but the petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18780 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016.
