2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.315 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, six accused persons including the petitioner armed with lathi, danda, iron-rod and sword assaulted five persons from the prosecution side causing injury to them. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is brother-in-law of the informant and tore the cloth of informant and also snatched golden chain worth Rs. 35,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He further submits that petitioner and informant are close agnates and there are civil and criminal cases pending between them due to land dispute between them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedents arising out of complaint case in which he is on bail. He undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.315 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Siwani/- U T
