The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 341, 353, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioners misbehaved with the informant at her office and threatened her with dire consequence. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has taken place. Present case is counter blast of Andhrathadhi PS Case No. 42 of 2022 instituted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39845 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 by Pinki Kumari who is sister of petitioner no. 1 and sister-inlaw of the petitioner no. 2 against the informant of present case. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S.
