Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

80 liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the hut of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 18.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran, Chapra/Successor Court, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14348 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.12 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
