2. The petitioner is working under Building Construction Department, in the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Kishanganj. According to him, he is undergoing regular treatment at Patna because of serious kidney issues. He has filed a representation for his transfer to Patna for his better treatment, as Kishanganj does not have sufficient infrastructure for such medical treatment.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar to consider the petitioner's request for his transfer from Kishanganj to Patna taking into account his medical condition, as has been asserted in the writ application. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary along with a copy of this order within two weeks from today. If he does so, the Principal Secretary shall be required to take a final decision within a period of one month thereafter. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U
