The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 333, 353, 283, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5/6 of Essential Service Maintenance Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36416 of 2019(2) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 It is submitted that for the same offence, petitioners were made accused. In the first F.I.R. bearing Mahua P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII Cum Sub Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
