Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 for the offence under sections 302, 120(B)of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 24795 of 2020 who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 9.11.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case of the petitioner is similar to that of Ajeet Yadav and another, the Court is inclined to grant bail to
