JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 429 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Epidemic Diseases Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and prima facie no case under Section 307 is said to be made out, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
