1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, submits that accused Shivam had surrendered before the learned District Court and was granted the privilege of regular bail. Similarly, the petitioner will also surrender and seek regular bail, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 76 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/Successor Court.

5. However, it is made clear that if petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the learned Trial Court shall consider the case on its own merit without being prejudiced by the fact that petitioner before this Court withdrew his anticipatory bail application.
