The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 287 of 2010 registered under Sections 406, 420, 409, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of complainant/informant is that he opened the recurring account in the Central Bank Employee Cooperative Society, Supaul at Saharsa Branch and deposited total amount of Rs.71,200/- as per passbook. When on maturity, informant/complainant reached at the Branch Office then found that all the Bank Officials already left the office.

No.18388 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is one of the members of the Board of Directors and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, R.K.L.Das @ Radha Kant Lal Das and others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12963 of 2011. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 287 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
