This application is for grant of bail in connection with Murliganj P.S.Case No.6 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 394 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only on the basis of confessional statement, his name has transpired in this case and so far criminal antecedent is concerned, he is on bail in all other cases.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court concerned, after framing of the charge in this case.
