This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363 and 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Lalit Kishore Ram, who was tutor of Pooja Kumari, had allegedly enticed her to go with him for some illicit purpose. The petitioner is brother of Lalit Kishore Ram. Hence, he is also in suspicion.

Submission of the petitioner is that the matter appears to be love affairs.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 236 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
