The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the son-in-law of informant was murdered by unknown accused by stabbing knife on his chest and abdomen.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Save & except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other tangible evidence against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39833 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S.
