2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bandhua Kurawa P.S.Case No. 73 of 2022.
3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons, uprooted the mango plants from the field of the informant. On protest, the petitioner, along with other accused persons, started assaulting the informant's side. They also tried to disrobe the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is person of clean antecedent and has falsely been

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bandhua Kurawa P.S. Case No. 73 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
