JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was arrested on the spot with incriminating articles. It is submitted that though the seized vehicle belongs to this petitioner but the same was given to co-accused, Rupesh and Ranjit for travel purposes in good faith. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

P. C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
