The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner regarding recovery of liquor. It is further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36177 of 2019(2) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Excise Judge, Gaya in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
