In terms of the earlier order dated 16.10.2017, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Bihar, in which it has been stated that sanction order in favour of the petitioner relating to retiral dues of his late sister have already been forwarded to the

3. In view thereof, the grievance having been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, the Accountant General is directed to ensure that authority is issued in favour of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him.
