Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail vide orders dated 06.06.2022 and 10.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 59301 of 2021 and 32324 of 2022. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 155 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
