No. 54935 of 2016 whereby the criminal miscellaneous was dismissed for non-prosecution and for restoration of the same.

After hearing the parties, the prayer is allowed, subject to the conciliation that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.200/- in the High Court Victim Compensation Fund.
