1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is a person with clean antecedent, petitioner no.2 has antecedent of two cases and allegation is of assaulting the informant by accused persons on dispute relating to grazing of moong crop by the goat of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.40286 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault and allegation of snatching of locket is ornamental in nature, it is further submitted that even the injury suffered is simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
