JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, one of the victim died and accordingly Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that though there is allegation of assault against Deepak Kumar and Raghunath Ram, there is no such allegation against this petitioner of any assault. Keeping in mind that the petitioner is lady and no assault has been attributed to her, let above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19063 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
