The Petitioner seeks bail in Gamhariya P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that seven bottles of Royal Stag out of which four bottles of 375 ML and three bottles of 180 ML were recovered from the bag of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2017 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19075 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, Madhepura, in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.37 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
