The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Mahila P.S. Case No.22 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the First Information Report allegation has been made for teasing and grappling the victim. It has further been alleged that when the husband of the victim went to the house of the accused then he also assaulted him.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
