2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application was rejected vide order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8595 of 2024, which reads as under :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S.Case No. 554 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379,413 and 414/34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46555 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/3 Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15 stolen mobiles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2023.

4. Considering the huge recovery of stolen mobile phones, this application is dismissed.

5. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

6. If there is no sufficient progress in the trial of the petitioner then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case.

Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-1V, Saran
