This court vide order dated 13.05.2014 disposed of the writ application bearing CWJC No. 19578 of 2010 with a direction to take a final decision with regard to grant of admissible benefits of the two ACP to the petitioner in accordance with law and grant of monetary benefits also. The authority has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected the same vide order dated 24.10.2014 (Annexure-E to the show cause) stating therein that the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.4117 of 2014 (3) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 is not entitled to the ACP and other monetary benefits. In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding is dropped. If the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the order dated 24.10.2014, he is at liberty to take legal course in accordance with law.
