JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 29-06-2015 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.01.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 122 of 2012 whereby after taking cognizance under Sections 419, 420, 384 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
