ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant Rita Devi as well as the learned counsel for the State. Both the petitioner Ganesh Chaudhary and the informant-O.P. No.2 Rita Devi are present in Court today. They submitted that they are now living happily as husband and wife and shall continue to remain as such in future. Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
