2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.01.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 353 of 2016 arising out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 306 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 384, 386, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.08.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 32852 of 2016.

3. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of offence alleged, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/BT U T
