ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1014(c) of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Today, the petitioner is failed to appear in Chambers. Opposite party no. 2 is present alongwith her children. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that though there was a direction to the petitioner to visit her and also pay her Rs. 1500/- per month for her basic needs as she is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19064 of 2015 (5) dt.15-12-2015 suffering from Tuberculosis but no positive action has been taken on his part. He further submits that the petitioner is also threatening and abusing her. Thus, it is apparent that the petitioner has no intention to mend his ways.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner stands withdrawn and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
