2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2026 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(2), 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim and committed loot of gold chain and Laptop.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have committed loot, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail
