JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 31773 of 2014 for extending time to file bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. It is submitted that the petitioner could not know the period of furnishing bail bond and when the petitioner could know the necessity of filing bond, the time had already expired. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to furnish bail bond to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Palassi P. S. Case no. 130 of 2013 by 25.5.2015.

To this extent the order dated 28.1.2015 stands modified.

This petition stands disposed of.
