The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased and in view of the fact that the marriage took place in the year 2021 and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. In case the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from
