2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 329, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is that the petitioner is said to have fired upon the informant and Ravi Kumar @ Sarad.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged has ever taken place.

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is totally false and based on concocted facts. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that the alleged occurrence took place due to land dispute. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.02.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the alleged occurrence took place due to land dispute, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 1181 of 2022.
