Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No.45 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR the dead body of a lady was found in the field and the petitioner being mother of that lady has been made accused in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and the witnesses have stated that as deceased was pressurized for study, she has committed suicide. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.38276 of 2019(4) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Saran in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No.45 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
