This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdrawn this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named, who has been arrested by the police.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49311 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as against petitioner no.2, above named.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and the parties have entered into a compromise, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
