JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for an offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., accused persons armed with lathi and danda assaulted the informant. It is alleged that one Md. Arshad assaulted the petitioner with Hasua.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have clean antecedent, except petitioner No. 5 against whom there is one case pending in which he is on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41933 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the above circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks, let the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhagalpur Lodipur P. S. Case No. 43/2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
