JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard Mr. Amarendra Nath Verma, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned Advocate for the informant. The State is represented by Mr. Bharat Bhushan, learned APP. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the FIR and has stated that there is no accusation of assaulting anybody against the petitioner. All that has been alleged against the petitioner is of having taken away the gold chain from one of the victims.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36517 of 2020(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 He is in custody since 10.07.2020 and does not have any other criminal case to his credit.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020.
