Patna High Court MJC No.1235 of 2022 dt.04-04-2024 2/2 year 2023-24 has closed and further reason assigned is General Elections have been announced in the month of March, 2024. In the light of para 17 and 18, we hope subject matter of construction of court/building would be completed within a period of 18 months from 1st July, 2024. If there are inaction on the part of the official respondent in not completing the court's infrastructure before 31st December, 2025, the petitioner is at liberty to file interlocutory application to revive this order.

2. Accordingly, the present MJC petition stands disposed of.
