2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 307, 224, 332, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 294 litres of English Wine was recovered from the house of co-accused Nago Singh.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and he has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2025. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge, IInd, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
