2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 821 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 27.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44099 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 821 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bidupur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month.
