15-06-2015 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Ten petitioners, who apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case no. 13 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act, 1999, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19124 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 I have perused the materials available on record. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
