Petitioners seek bail in Khirhar P.S. Case No.67 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Both petitioners were apprehended while carrying 44.1 litres of liquor on a motorcycle. The petitioners are in jail since 16.07.2020. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than six months for recovery of 44.1 litres of liquor. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of
